Our father and son owner team, Eddy & Jackson Hilger, are excited to carry on the legacy of the original owner, Tyler (aka “Mr. T”) who started Mr. T’s in St. Elmo at the foot of Lookout Mountain in 1989.

If you think Jackson looks young, you’re right… he is. He was born after 2000… we’ll let you guess what year. He’s a good bit younger than the very restaurant he owns.

If you think Eddy looks like maybe he was born before Mr. T’s was started, you’re right. He’s a little bit older than the restaurant he now owns.
